Marg Haza (b. 1990, Miami, Florida) is a Dominican-American painter based in Miami whose work lives at the intersection of the body, memory, and identity. Drawing from her Dominican and Middle Eastern heritage, her layered paintings move through hybrid identity, inherited nostalgia, and emotional healing — told through large figures, self-portraits, and personal symbolism.
Haza is also a nurse, and her experience living with chronic illness and neurodivergence has become central to how she sees and makes work. Her paintings ask questions about what it means to inhabit a body — one shaped by culture, by care, by pain, and by survival. She approaches her practice as an ongoing experiment, following curiosity wherever it leads.
Her work has been exhibited at Art Wynwood (2024) and Clandestine Art Fair (2025) through group exhibitions with Coloursenses Project and CollaboArtive in South Florida and Dallas, Texas.
