Henco Strydom

I am a contemporary artist whose work explores the intersection between human consciousness, symbolic expression and the natural world. Through a distinctive visual language that blends figurative, abstract and organic elements, my paintings invite viewers into layered inner landscapes shaped by emotion, memory and perception.

Working primarily in acrylic and mixed media, I create richly textured surfaces where form and meaning evolve through process and intuition. My subjects range from expressive human figures and spiritual archetypes to symbolic representations of nature, each reflecting a deeper search for connection — both within the self and beyond the visible world.

My work is developed through cohesive series, including Echoes of Inner Worlds and Guardians of the Inner Realm. Guardians of the Inner Realm focuses on symbolic figures and protective energies, forming a dialogue between vulnerability and resilience.
