Henk Hollebeek

Born in 1948 in Leiden, Netherlands. Where I live and work as a very professional artist till now. Since my younger years I wanted to learn techniques of drawing, painting, watercolor, gouache, crayon, pastel and graphical. Also I used a camera for to train myself in making beauty photos.
In the beginning I was self-taught and I learned myself so many experience through so intensive training of using the art materials.
Also I was in contact with two artists from Leiden who gived to me many advises and art training.
Since I was 15 years I received formal education by a small art academy in Leiden and two years later I was following the study and training by the Royal academy of visual arts in The Hague.
In my youth I was fascinated through the art of Paul Klee, Marc Chagall and Kees Verwey (a Dutch painter).
