Hina Sajid Khan

Hina Sajid Khan is a Pakistani-Canadian artist, photographer, and writer whose work is inspired by travel, culture, memory, and the stories that connect people across places and time.

Having lived and traveled across multiple countries, she draws inspiration from the landscapes, architecture, colours, and human experiences encountered along the way. Her work explores themes of identity, belonging, transformation, and the emotional connection we develop with the places we inhabit and remember.

Working across painting, photography, and visual storytelling, Hina is particularly interested in capturing the atmosphere of a moment - the feeling of a city at dusk, the quiet beauty of everyday scenes, or the traces of history embedded in a landscape. Her creative practice is guided by curiosity, observation, and a deep appreciation for the diversity of cultures and perspectives that shape our world.

Through her work, she hopes to invite viewers to pause, reflect, and rediscover the beauty hidden within both familiar and distant places.

Hina has been writing poetry and fiction, drawing, and painting since childhood, receiving multiple national-level awards for both her writing and artwork during her early years.

Her background bridges the creative and professional worlds, with studies at the London School of Economics, INSEAD, and the Wharton School, alongside an international career in technology and strategy. Having lived across Asia, Europe, and North America, she draws inspiration from the people, cultures, and places that have shaped her perspective.

Through painting, photography, and writing, Hina explores themes of memory, identity, travel, and belonging, seeking to capture the stories and emotions that connect us to the world around us.
