Before a major medical event, I was an entirely analytical, hyper-literal person with no artistic background at all. But after spending six months in a coma and going through the long process of learning to walk again from scratch, I woke up with a completely unexpected drive to paint.

My past mindset didn't just disappear, though; it shapes how I handle the brush. I have never really cared for the messy, accidental style of a lot of modern art. Instead, I value precision, structure, and clean craftsmanship.

Working mostly in oils and acrylics, I prefer to paint landscapes, as I find God’s creation to be incredibly beautiful. Because this ability arrived so suddenly, I am still actively learning and pushing my technique every day. I welcome custom commission requests, as collaborating on new ideas helps me grow my skills while creating well-crafted, intentional pieces for your space.
