Inna Pachkina

I am an artist exploring metaphysics, female identity, and the future of humanity through a visual language close to surrealism.

I create fantastical images and worlds in collaboration with nature and the soft forms of the female body. I am inspired by the various physical states of water, optical phenomena, and the cosmos. My works combine philosophy, irony, and eroticism.

My themes include transcendence, mythology, womanhood, fears, intimacy, the relationship between humans and nature, humans and robots, the ambivalence of progress, and the colonization of Mars.

My practice is multidisciplinary: photography, digital collage, performance, installation, surreal costume, and video art.
