Feodot Ponomarenko

My name is Feodot and I am an artist from Ukraine, from a city called Dnipro, which is located on the Dnipro River.

I was born in the spring of 1994 in a family of artists. My grandfather, father, mother, two uncles and aunt are artists.

The decision to follow in the footsteps of my parents was made after participation in the mural painting of the church with my father. And in 2009 I entered the painting department at the art college, where I studied for 4 years and graduated with honours. After obtaining my degree, I continued to paint and participated in the murals of other churches.

I am always open to something new. That's why I accepted an invitation to work at the creative workshop that made unique handcrafted book covers.

My work in an experimental studio was focused on the artistic processing of metals. I have done etching, gilding, silvering, nickel plating, worked with enamels, epoxy resins as well as the development of new technologies and introduction into production. Some books I have worked on are in the collections of dignitaries in Eastern Europe and Asia.
