Jack Diamond

I sold my first artwork at the age of 18. My creativity maybe self taught, but my skills are learned from masters and craftsman in many areas. My formal education was on the job training from Painting murals, trompe l’oeil, And photo finishes for international design firms in Beverly Hills, California, to custom motorcycles cars and vans with airbrush. In the summer of 2017 for decades of my work we’re displayed in a solo show at the Nine Muses Gallery in Ohio. Spring of 2017 saw two of my most powerful political paintings included in a show at the Nine Muses Gallery. The previous eight years were spent living and working in New York City where my work was sold in three small galleries and a retrospect show of my work was given at the Riess Studios in Long Island city. In the past 50 years I have managed to avoid entering paintings in competitions or shows choosing instead to sell directly to collectors worldwide. I paid with the passion of my convictionsIn the force of my passions. I seek to illuminate and translate the world and the times that I live in.

I studied scenic art for the theater at Akron University, Akron Ohio. I studied with old world masters here in New York, as well as many master craftsman of merit in many areas from building racing yards to restoring and reproducing period furniture and art restoration.
