James Farley

Working in regional and remote areas across Australia, James uses photography towards an ecological practice of place. His work plays with light, colour, lyricism, and form to explore the intersections of environmental, industrial, and cultural forces in a time of ecological crisis.

James is committed to supporting community, creativity and education in regional areas. James is a co-founder of Good Sport, an independent art space in the Riverina, and F.Stop Workshop, an photography education program in Wagga Wagga, NSW.
