Jane Cagle

I'm a stay-at-home mom easily transitioning into a stay-on-porch mom, living in Florida where my husband and I retired. For years my husband and I homeschooled our two wonderful boys. One son is out of college working and one is in graduating college next year. Time sure flies! It won't be long before we are empty nesters! Now there's more time to paint!

With extra time on my hands I enjoy going outside for nature walks or painting out on my screen-in porch with my two kitty cats. I like to paint all things under the sun.

I've always done art since I can remember. I think I inherited this skill from my lovely Mum. She was from England and won a scholarship to go to art school there. As an adventurous young woman she decided to come to the states instead. Mum showed me her drawings when I was little and it created an art spark in me. She was glad that I showed an interest. I'm glad too and I think I will always paint. I love to make myself and others happy through this medium.
