I am a French self-taught artist and have been developing my artistic language for over forty years, working in complete freedom outside academic frameworks.
After early figurative explorations influenced by Fauvism and Expressionism, my discovery of Chinese ink and avant-garde Asian calligraphy marked a decisive turning point toward a gestural, instinctive, and emotional abstraction.

My work is driven by an inner state rather than a predetermined concept. Nothing is planned in advance; each painting emerges through movement, spontaneity, and the sincerity of the gesture.
Rather than conveying a specific message, I seek to create a direct emotional experience, allowing the energy and presence of the painting to speak for itself.

Self-taught artist.
I developed my artistic practice independently, outside formal academic training, through decades of experimentation, artistic encounters, and daily studio work.
