John Lynch

John studied Architecture and then trained as a stonemason before gaining his tertiary qualifications. He is currently Head Teacher of a secondary senior college art faculty and enjoys a balance of teaching and making his own sculpture .He has been a sculptor for over thirty-five years and is represented in public and private collections.
He works mainly with sandstone, marble, timber, bronze and combinations of these materials. He finds that these materials are the best media for his ideas which are concerned with nature and the human condition.
