In 2022, Ayerle’s video work DanceCubesII was selected for the 27th edition of the International Symposium on Electronic Art (ISEA) in Barcelona. His clip was one of roughly 30 works chosen from over 1,000 international submissions through a blind, peer-reviewed process.
In December 2022, Ayerle’s dystopian glitch video Surviving The Purple Prophecy was selected by Jolanta Woszczenko (curator of the Polish Pavilion at the Venice Biennale) for the IN OUT Video Art Festival at Łaźnia Centre for Contemporary Art in Gdańsk, culminating in a joint panel discussion on contemporary moving-image practices.
