Asia,
Land of masks,
Which, through its multiple faces,
Murmurs its theater of submerged feelings.

From the starry shiver,
To crystallize its breath,
To freeze the image of an effluvium.

I could not say why I love Asia so much, nor whence come this
temptation for elsewhere and this desire to capture the impressions that
sweep through me. Far from any methodical search, I am guided solely
by my taste, which my images reveal to me. I love street photography,
that liberated dance where the imaginary undulates, and discovers
therein the dust of a dream, the evaporated petals of the bouquet rooted
in reality.

Photography possesses this power to immerse our gaze where it
would never bathe itself, this revealing faculty of an immersed instant.
What is art if not this vain attempt to freeze time, to lull its flow to sleep,
and to contemplate therein the feeling of its eternal slumber.

Let yourselves be wrapped in this starry cloak which, with its sixteen
shooting commas, will perhaps awaken within you the silences of
diminished time.
