Jun Homma

Born in Tokyo in 1967, I am a sculptor whose practice engages with images, found and constructed objects, and materials to explore absence, fragmentation, and the visibility of time.
Since the 1990s, my work has developed through sculpture and site-specific projects that respond to particular places, environments, and histories in Japan and abroad.
In recent years, I have focused on works that evoke the uncertainty of time through fragmented, partially erased, or interrupted forms.
