Justin Dye, Arizona leader of Glendale’s Heritage Elementary school for eight years, has worked with children in need throughout his career. Before he worked at the low income charter school, he worked at La Paloma Academy in Tucson, where he earned several promotions over a few short years. His experience at the school pre pared him to handle the many hurdles he faced as a principal.
