Juliya Walknut

Juliya Walknut is a Kyiv-based artist from Ukraine. She works primarily in oil and watercolor, within the framework of figurative expressionism. Her practice explores psychological states through the body, minimizing external context to focus on a person’s inner experience. She also has a background in cinema, where she has worked with corporeality and emotional expression.
