Malgorzata Kamyczura

Malgorzata Kamyczura completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Malgorzata is mostly self-taught. A few years ago, to augment her natural abilities, she took painting classes under the tutelage of Susan Hecht in Apex, North Carolina. In 2019 Malgorzata studied under Alia El Bermani in her independent studio practice in downtown Raleigh, NC. Around the same time Malgorzata also started painting with Stephen Cefalo, consultant teacher.

Malgorzata currently paints in her home studio in NC.

Statement
I strive to be able to create paintings with no color, tonal, or edge repetitions. There is nothing better than countless hours of hard work concentrating on every little silhouette of the color spot to create a painting. But also there is nothing better than the experience of creating a piece of art in an unexpected moment — dynamic work which comes from the deep and honest feelings brought to life.
