Karola Mech

Karola Mech (b.1983) is photographer and a bookbinder, obsessed with photo books. She received MA in Photography from Jan Matejko University of Fine Arts in Krakow, Poland and had numerous exhibitions in many countries in Europe. Her photo books have been shortlisted for several awards and exhibited in numerous countries.
Her subjects varies from documentary photography to deeply personal works. Her photographs are beautifully composed with a care for detail, characterised by a great observation of people and slight humour.
