Kaviarasan Thiruselvan

I was born in Singapore, and grew up there until I was 8 years old. After that, I moved to Liverpool, England. I have been interested in art from a young age. It started off small - I loved drawing comic book characters and movie characters. I drew often, because it was an avenue for my creativity to flourish.

Completing this qualification introduced me to many other mediums. In this time, I used acrylic paint, watercolours, graphite, oil pastels and others. I found that acrylic painting and watercolour painting particularly satisfied me, so I perfected these mediums. I gained valuable knowledge from my teachers, who allowed me to think outside the box and experiment.
