ABOUT
EDUCATION

Hello, I’m Rose Orongan, a visual artist driven by emotion, memory, and the unseen connections between people and places. My work explores the intimate layers of the human experience—often blending abstract textures with moments of realism to evoke depth, silence, and story.

Each piece I create is a conversation—between color and space, chaos and calm, vulnerability and strength. I often work in acrylic and mixed media, allowing instinct and emotion to guide every brushstroke. My process is raw, reflective, and deeply personal.

I believe that art has the power to heal, provoke, and reveal. Through my paintings, I hope to reach viewers not just visually, but emotionally—inviting them to feel, to pause, and to see part of their own story reflected in mine.

Thank you for taking time to explore my work. I’m honored to share a part of my world with you.

I’m Rose Orongan, a multidisciplinary artist whose work is rooted in emotional storytelling, introspection, and the human experience. With a background that blends science, design, writing, and wellness, I bring a unique perspective to the canvas—where color, texture, and intuition meet.

I completed a specialization in Modern and Contemporary Art and Design, which deepened my understanding of visual language and global art movements. I also hold a 2-year certificate in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), and have expanded my creative practice through studies in writing and editing (University of Michigan) and public health education (University of Copenhagen, Diabetes – The Essential Facts).

In addition to being a visual artist, I am a certified author in the Philippines, currently pursuing studies in Nutrition and Dietetics, where I continue to explore the intersections of art, wellness, and advocacy.

Each piece I create is an invitation to pause, reflect, and feel. Whether abstract or figurative, my work is a translation of stories that live in silence—waiting to be seen and felt.
