Kemal Ridzal (b. 1989) is a contemporary figurative painter based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Working primarily in oil, his practice focuses on the human figure as a psychological and emotional presence rather than a narrative subject.
His paintings explore themes of silence, vulnerability, and restraint through isolated figures and reduced compositions. Ridzal’s work has been acquired by private collectors in the United States, Great Britain, Denmark, Chile, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
