Keven Lock

My art is driven by an energetic circular process. I paint, draw, scratch, and collage my work surfaces, proposing and obliterating visual ideas, which, in turn, continually reveal new narratives to explore.

While I reach past conventional perceptions, my art is rarely non-objective. I’m a storyteller at heart. My art is about things, reflecting on the landscape of my practice, my memories, and my musings on nature large and small, the apparent, and the transcendent.
