About Kalam & Junoon
I picked up a pencil at seven years old, and something in me never put it down. What started as a child sketching in the margins became a language I couldn't stop speaking. By the time I reached the U.S., I chose art as a formal path alongside my studies — because I already knew this wasn't a phase, it was a calling. But the real transformation happened alone: no classroom, no instructor, just YouTube tutorials studied between flights, between cities, between lives lived in more than one country. I taught myself to see shadow as emotion and graphite as voice. Every piece I create carries that self-forged discipline — nothing here was handed to me, and that shows in every stroke. My style leans dark, gothic, unflinching, colorful, alive — realism with a pulse, portraits that hold weight and secrets. I don't sketch faces; I excavate them, layer by layer, until what's underneath is staring back at you. Kalam & Junoon means "pen and passion" — not a slogan, but the exact truth of how I work. Years of quiet practice across continents distilled into a signature only I can make. When you own a piece from this collection, you're not buying decoration — you're owning a fragment of a decade-long obsession finally...
