Khervin John Gallandez

Khervin John Gallandez (b. 1992) is a contemporary visual artist from Laoag City, Ilocos Norte.
Currently taking Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines - Diliman, his main body of works are paintings that infuse bold brushwork, and textures with a modern twist. He incorporates various symbols about human emotions, visual narratives that reflect life,and metaphors about the passage of time. His canvases pulsate with bold brushstrokes that marries classical inspiration with modern flair. He works mostly on oil, but he is also well versed in other mediums as well.
His paintings have been exhibited in various art exhibitions in different galleries in the Philippines and in abroad. He has been featured in several online publications and has also participated in some of the notable art events both local and international.
