Ihor Khilko

Ukrainian artist.
Was born in the town of Sokiryany, Chernivtsi region in 1969.
Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
Candidate of pedagogical sciences

1987- finished Kyiv Republican secondary art school named after T G. Shevchenko
1997- graduated from Precarpathian University named after Stefanyk, the faculty of painting and drawing
2004 - a member of the National artists union of Ukraine 2007 PHD in Pedagogical Sciences
2012- associate professor of the faculty Architecture, construction engineering and decorative arts of Chernivtsi National University named after Yuriy Fedkovych
