Inspired by a life lived by the sea, Kim Edge creates abstract works that explore light, water, and the quiet spirituality of nature. Influenced by the color palettes and emotional depth of masters such as Monet, O’Keeffe, Turner, and Van Gogh, her work also draws from the bold colors and abstraction of Rothko and Yayoi Kusama. Through layered textures and luminous color, each painting becomes a reflection of the ocean’s rhythm, inviting viewers into moments of peace, presence, and connection.
