EXHIBITIONS
I am an abstract artist based in Charlotte, North Carolina. My work is inspired by the places I travel, the environments I experience, and the stories that shape our lives.
You'll find vibrant color, texture, and story in my work through the use of acrylics, charcoal, pastels, and found objects on canvas and wood.
Many of my collections begin with a sense of place. Doors to Somewhere was inspired by the doors and windows I encountered during my travels and explores liminal spaces, possibility, and the quiet invitation to step into the unknown. Flow examines what overflows from within us: emotion, memory, energy, and experience.
After a 16-year career in media production, I returned to art as a way of reconnecting with creativity, curiosity, and personal expression. Today, my work is informed by both the external world and the inner landscapes we all carry with us.
My hope is that each piece invites viewers to pause and discover their own story within the layers.
My work has been exhibited through the Mint Museum Uptown, Mint Museum Pop-Up Art Market, Charlotte Art League, Cain Center for the Arts, Davidson Gallery Crawl, Mount Holly Art Festival, and NoDa Christmas Art Festival.
I am a resident artist with Charlotte Studio Artists in NoDa and a member of the Cain Center Artist Circle, Guild of Charlotte Artists, and Queen City Art.
