I created this profile in a difficult and unusual time — a time of war in my beloved country, with my dear people.

I have always been outside social networks; at my age, perhaps that is not surprising — I was born in 1961. For the past 15 years, my work mostly lived in offline galleries and exhibitions. Most of the photographs from those times were captured on film — a trace of another era.

Life is movement, endless and unpredictable. Perhaps it is my turn now to step out of my shell, to explore, to try, to be present. I am grateful to my daughter Mariia for inspiring me to take these steps.

In my painting, I seek to capture moments, to find balance, harmony, and peace — within myself, in life, and in the world. Each work is a small attempt to share this search, to leave a trace, like a grain of sand on this planet.
