Hello, art enthusiasts! My name is Laura Dionisio, and I am a passionate artist based in Bogotá, Colombia. While my professional background lies in architecture, with a specialization in Design Management, my lifelong love for art, particularly Plastilina Art, has always beckoned me. Now, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to pursuing my lifelong dream.

Through the wonderful medium of Plastilina, I have found the perfect way to unleash my creativity and express my artistic vision. My artworks are imbued with a burst of colors that awaken emotions and evoke a sense of joy and vitality in those who behold them.

My artistic journey is currently focused on three inspiring themes, each brought to life through the captivating medium of Plastilina:

- Minimalist Landscapes and Cultural Scenes: Through my art, I strive to capture the beauty of Colombia, as well as the rich tapestry of Latin American landscapes and cultural heritage. These captivating pieces invite viewers to immerse themselves in the essence of our vibrant region.

- Soulful Animal Portraits: I have an undeniable affection for animals, especially dogs and cats. In my Plastilina portraits, I aim to convey the true essence of their emotions and capture the depth of their souls....

I am an architect hailing from the esteemed Jorge Tadeo Lozano University, where I graduated in 2015. In my pursuit of artistic excellence, I ventured into the realm of Plastilina Art, a passion that has been intertwined with my life's journey since my school days.

While my formal education equipped me with a solid foundation in architecture, my love for art has always burned brightly within me. In search of further artistic growth, I embarked on a creative exploration, honing my skills through art courses at the esteemed Guerrero Art Academy. However, my artistic prowess stems from more than just formal education—it is an inherent talent that may have been inherited from my grandfather, the renowned painter Roman Roncancio.

Though my artistic voyage has primarily thrived online, I am now venturing back into the realm of physical and virtual exhibitions. While my exhibition history is modest, I am driven by an unwavering passion to immerse myself in the art community.

From early opportunities participating in esteemed events like the Salón BAT to showcasing my artwork at prestigious venues such as the National Museum of Colombia and the Luis Angel Arango Library in Bogotá, I have cherished every moment spent sharing my creative vision.

As I resolutely embrace this artistic revival, I eagerly anticipate upcoming exhibitions and events where I can captivate audiences with my Plastilina creations. Join me on this exciting journey as I weave my artistry into captivating showcases and explore the limitless possibilities of self-expression.
