The new artistic creations by Laura Antonietti can be defined as “Chromometrical compositions”. Laura Antonietti is a painter in constant evolution, that hovers lightly over a caducous world made of phenomena, of materials and communicative language, by proposing intriguingly fascinating artworks that attract the viewer’s interest.
The “from life” effects, that Laura Antonietti has recreated also on original etchings, are hardly ever photographic, they are artistic subjects instead, that go beyond the simple surprising effect or the mere amazement. It is a fresh overview on artistic proposals characterized by three peculiar aspects: “the brush sign –more expressive than descriptive-; the forms conceived, created, and developed with fantasy using elaborated mixed techniques; the sense of color that incorporates the shapes, playing with the “nuances” and the tone effects.
Laura Antonietti has an international curriculum and her fame is due to an artistic product that she invented from scratch: the “Lantone®” (patented name, derived from the fusion of the artist’s name and surname).
