Artist Statement:
"As an outdoor enthusiast and avid traveler, I am constantly inspired by the landscape around me. I see the natural world as a beautiful canvas and I strive to emulate its beauty in my work. My pieces may be representative of an entire landscape scene, an element of a landscape, or the raw emotion experienced or inspired from a particular place. They tend to have a strong element of line and an equilibrium representative of the comfort I find in creating harmony and nature's own way of balancing out the environment. My work is meant to capture and evoke the serenity, peace, and awe I experience while admiring nature and to make the viewer dream, meditate, and take a moment to reflect on the world and their own personal journeys."
