Laurent Jargot

Laurent Jargot, graphic designer and illustrator, pursues a singular artistic approach alongside his work. Initially oriented towards a figurative style, working with drawings of bodies in various attitudes or situations, Laurent Jargot has gradually turned towards the abstract.
"Everything is energy and vibration: a flow of messages that are transformed in our minds into electrical impulses. These flows are constant and detectable. They travel and move from point to point, passing through us. They are the witnesses and signals of life. Envisaged as a kind of imaginary magnetic resonance, her painting now seeks to give form essentially to all kinds of emotion: effervescence, joy, annoyance, etc. In short, the living within us.

Graduated from the Toulouse School of Fine Arts in 2001 (DNSEP)
