Lea Richelieu

Lea Richelieu is an international contemporary abstract artist.

Her practice evolved through hyperrealism and surrealism, shaped by training with contemporary artists from Brazil, Portugal, Russia, Iran, and Italy. Over time, Lea developed her own visual language — Relaxing Abstraction — focused on harmony, balance, and emotional clarity.

Her paintings explore softness, rhythm, and controlled movement. Layered textures, fluid lines, and restrained color palettes create a calming, immersive presence within space. The works are designed to support well-being and bring a sense of quiet focus to modern interiors.

Having lived in 7 countries and 22 cities, Lea considers herself a global citizen. Her artworks have been exhibited in over 10 countries and are held in private collections across 25 countries worldwide.

Since 2017, Lea has curated exhibitions and art events in collaboration with premium brands, including Porsche. Since 2020, she has been the founder of an international art school with students around the world, while also working as an art dealer and art coach.

Her work is created for collectors, interior designers, and curated spaces seeking contemporary art with depth, presence, and architectural balance.
