William Leirer

Thank you for your interest in purchasing my photographs. Working with a custom fine-art printing house, I produce each print individually when an order is received. I treat each print as an original and sign, number, and ship a photograph only after personally ensuring that it is produced to the highest standards.

I limit each title to ten prints for a given combination of size and printing surfaces. I offer prints in small, medium, and large sizes on fine-art paper, face-mounted acrylic, and canvas. To contact me about sizes or surfaces not currently shown here on Saatchi Art email curator@saatchiart.com.

I got interested in photography as a boy, when a close relative loaned me his beloved twin lens reflex camera and taught me how to process the film, make prints, and set up my own darkroom in a closet below the stairs. I've been shooting ever since. My first college was as a photography major at the Cooper School of Art in Cleveland, Ohio. I changed my major to education when I transferred to Cleveland State University but continued to take photography and art classes along with my major coursework. I ended up with a Master of Arts Degree in Education.
