ABOUT
EDUCATION

Martino Levinne is an American punk queer visual artist and ferocious, ranting poet of form-breaking verse, of mixed Romani and Middle Eastern heritage. His work is as direct, restless, and unvarnished as his life. After leaving high-gloss fashion campaigns for Prada, Guess, and American Apparel, he now divides his time between New York and a rugged working farm outside Milan, Italy.

Often called “one of the last New York punk artists,” Levinne attacks every medium—painting, photography, poetry collected in Zero-Point—with urgency, not polish.
Projects like The Erections of the Soul, The Saints, and The Morphing Men pursue emotional truth over aesthetic comfort. He is also developing Sky & Farm, an off-grid space for artists to work without noise or pretense.

Levinne refuses to belong; his work exists on its own terms.
