Lili Mascio

Lili Mascio was born in 1974 in Maracaibo,Venezuela. After her studies in Architecture and Interior Design at University Rafael Urdaneta in Venezuela, she has given lectures in Fine Arts and moved to Europe to complete her studies, receiving a Diploma from KLC School of Design and the University of the Art London in 2012.

In London, UK, she gradually made her way to a successful career as a visual artist, benefiting of her architectural technical skills, but prefer to focus on free visual arts, influenced by Kinetic and Op Art.

Her primary interest as an artist and educator has been to explore ways in which beauty can be integrated in the arts, using crystals, paper and collage techniques to combine the structure of architecture and the haptic softness of a natural material.

Much of her current work reflects her interest in environmental and quality of life issues, including design, fashion, photography, multi media and a deep commitment to maintaining the health and beauty of the natural systems of our planet.
