Lilith Gurekhian

I was born in Yerevan, Armenia, on November 17, 1997. Art has been a part of my life since childhood, shaping my passion for painting, ceramics, and design. Over the years, my creative practice has become a way of exploring both myself and the world around me.

My surrealist world exists between dream and memory, shaped by elongated figures, subtle color palettes, and the movement of inner light. Each painting begins not with an idea, but with a feeling. It develops slowly and intuitively, like music, until it finds its own rhythm and visual language.

The figures in my work often carry a quiet melancholy, yet they are never fragile. They embody calm dignity, resilience, and a sense of something timeless.

For me, art is a form of confession. It is the place where thought becomes form and silence turns into color. Through my paintings, I explore the delicate boundary between reality and imagination, where time dissolves and emotion becomes the most truthful language.
