Lindsay Tempest

I have always been an artist, and known it was my vocation. I have a BA in Fine Art Painting, a qualification in Mental Health Problems and a PGCERT in Teaching in Higher Education.  Apart from teaching art to adults, I also offer illustration services. With a strong leaning towards Neurodiversity, motherhood, and myth, my work is metaphorically diverse. I was shortlisted for the inaugural ‘Womankind’ Magazine Art and Illustration Awards in 2019, and have since been commissioned to illustrate for Oh Magazine (Issue 55) and featured in Dream Broad (Issue 4) in the USA. I am also the author of ‘My Wellbeing Art Journal’ (available on Amazon) and the Exploring You Journal available on Etsy. In 2023, I held the ‘Unmasked’ solo show at Bradford Industrial Museum, which recorded a footfall of 8968 for the duration of the exhibition.
