I spent a large part of my life living in Europe, sketching stone circles and cairns, visiting cathedrals, and living in a medieval village called Cordes, in the south of France. I'm fascinated by the beauty and potency of these ancient, sacred stone formations and the imagery continues to inform my work. In recent years I have also moved into mosaic work, oil pastels of locally grown food, and sculptures and paintings inspired by specific books.
I am a founding member of the arts collaborative artsTRIBE and have served on the board of Madison Area Open Art Studios.
