Lisa Bosia

Lisa is an artist based in Zurich. She studied Visual Arts at NABA in Milan and later completed a Master of Arts in Teaching at SUPSI in Switzerland, with a focus on visual and technical design.

Her artistic journey began through human portraiture, developing a strong sensitivity for observing people and capturing subtle expressions.

Alongside her artistic practice, she worked for many years as an art teacher in primary and secondary schools. This experience deeply influenced her creative approach, strengthening her sensitivity, patience, and attention to detail.

After becoming a mother, she experienced a period of professional pause during which the need to create gradually resurfaced — first through ceramics, then photography, and eventually painting again.

Today, her work focuses on abstract compositions, where color, balance, and intuition guide the creative process. Painting has become a space of calm and clarity, a way to reconnect with herself and transform inner emotions into visual form.
