I am an ex nutrition scientist/researcher/author who is now living my dream; creating beautiful oil paintings.

After studying at the Milan Art Institute, I was surprised to find myself irresistibly drawn to painting faces, and I realised that my true passion lay in capturing the essence of human expression, starting always with the eyes because the eyes are indeed the 'window to the soul. I believe that once I can see the soul of my subject through their eyes, the rest of the painting flows naturally and effortlessly.

My artistic style is a blend of whimsical and surreal elements, seamlessly intertwined with touches of realism.

My fascination with whimsical and surreal themes stems from my desire to explore the boundaries of imagination and reality. My paintings are not just visual representations but are imbued with stories and emotions that invite viewers to embark on a journey of discovery.
