Johnny Pridgeon

I am a native Floridian that grew up loving fishing, participating in sports; such as weightlifting,diving, and swimming.  I have been painting in one technique or another my entire life. I started painting using an air brush on cars and motorcycles. With this love of painting, I used my home for grounds to refine my skill of faux painting and the creation of unique theme rooms. From there, I expanded to include the use of oil paints. This opened up to me the opportunity to paint murals, theme rooms, specialized portraits, and the ceilings in the Floridan Palace in Tampa, Florida. While working on the Floridan Palace, I decided to further my artistic knowledge by studying under the professional guidance of the world renowned artist, Paul Foropoulos. Paul has assisted me in refining my skills as an artist that is proficient with oil paints, acrylics, and other mediums on various types of surfaces.
