Lorena Rosas explores memory, femininity, and the fragility of identity through layered paintings that move between figuration and abstraction. Her work combines oil, natural pigments, translucent textures, and organic gestures to create poetic atmospheres where bodies, garments, and fragmented presences emerge as traces of emotional memory.

Recurring elements such as vintage bathing caps, dresses, botanical references, and circular compositions evoke themes of childhood, transformation, tenderness, and inner cycles. Through muted palettes and delicate materiality, her paintings inhabit a space between presence and disappearance.

Her practice is deeply connected to memory as a living, organic surface — one that preserves vulnerability, silence, and the passage of time.
