Lynne Logan

Lynne currently lives in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio but she lived in New York City upon graduation from college, then later moved to L.A. As a single mother with a 3 year-old-in tow, she decided to move to the Midwest to be closer to her family in an area with better schools and a lower-stressed life in Ohio where she spent over 20 years in corporate America working in the banking industry and as a paralegal for one of the largest law firms in Ohio. She was also an English teacher on the middle school and college level for 7 or 8 years.

She never felt comfortable in corporate America, so when she was downsized from Chase Bank in 2015, she decided to sell some of her artwork at local art shows and online. By 2018, her art business had grown to the point that she was able to reduce her hours to part-time at an online real estate company.

She loves exploring different textures created by using full body acrylic paints with various mediums like Floetrol and Liquitex. She also greatly enjoys mixing various mediums like latex and acrylic paint as well as spray paint and oil based paint.

Her work has sold throughout the U.S., Canada, the UK, France, Switzerland, Germany, Dubai, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Chile and Argentina ...

She attended Ohio University for over a year, but ended up earning a B.A. from Marshall University, College of Liberal Arts. She majored in Creative Writing with a minor in Philosophy and Art.
