Born a country boy, shaped by faith, service, and art — MAK’s life is a dialogue between humanity and harmony.
His spiritual grounding in the mosque, long hours of community service in the hujra, academic fulfillment as a Sociologist from Karachi University, leadership as an Administrator at TCS (Pvt.) Ltd, and inspiration drawn from the renowned artist Bashir Mirza have all converged to define his journey. Through every role, MAK seeks to serve humanity — where devotion meets creativity.

On 14th August 1992 Mak came to Karachi University where he studied Sociology as a major subject with great interest, along with Mass Communication as a subsidiary subject and Community Development and Urban Sociology as specialized subjects in BA (Honors) followed by Masters of Arts.
Art Education
Drawn to art from an early age, he displayed remarkable creative ability and a natural inclination toward visual expression. During his school years, he crafted signboards for his village at his own expense, guided solely by passion. Though recognized for his talent, the absence of proper mentorship kept him from pursuing formal art education.
Upon moving to Karachi, he explored multiple creative avenues — theatre under Ahmed Farooqui of the Puna School of Art, music at the Pak American Cultural Center under Mrs. Ahmed, and literary expression through the Theosophical Society of Karachi. Yet, his search for true artistic fulfillment continued.
That moment arrived when, through the late Fasihuddin, he met the renowned painter and Pride of Performance recipient, Mr. Bashir Mirza (BM). From 1997 until BM’s passing in 2000, he studied painting and drawing under his guidance. BM’s mentorship profou...
