Mama Jeane is a practicing Fine Artist and Activist based in Chicago, IL. She received her BFA at Columbia College in 2015 where she was trained extensively in drawing and painting. She has participated in numerous exhibitions in the midwest; her work being used to benefit non-profits. Her work puts an emphasis on using art to uplift (dis)abled communities. Mama Jeane's work has been featured in publications such as Thought Magazine and Chicago Literati.
