I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. What began in childhood as an attempt to capture scenes from films and television gradually evolved, during my adolescence, into a deeper study of American and European comic masters, eventually leading me to the work of classical and contemporary fine artists.
My artistic practice today is focused almost exclusively on the female figure and portrait. I work digitally, but my approach remains rooted in traditional drawing methods, emphasizing texture, irregular mark-making and a restrained use of digital effects. My images combine a detailed, sometimes hyperrealistic rendering of the figure with disruptive elements such as stains, splashes or geometric forms, often creating an atmosphere that is slightly unsettling or introspective.
Beyond physical likeness, my intention is to suggest an inner emotional state. In a way loosely related to the idea of “psychomorphology”, I aim to explore how subtle variations in expression, posture or gaze can convey mood, tension or emotional predisposition, inviting the viewer to engage with the psychological presence of the subject rather than with resemblance alone.

I am a self-taught artist. My artistic education has been built over decades through continuous practice, observation and study. From early influences in cinema and comics, I progressively expanded my visual language by studying classical drawing, anatomy, composition and the work of both historical and contemporary artists.
Throughout my life I have maintained a consistent drawing practice, complemented by periods of applied artistic work in illustration and advertising, including occasional commissions such as posters, covers and storyboards. In recent years, digital media has become my primary working environment, allowing me to further refine a personal visual language grounded in traditional techniques.
