Marco Gasparri

I am an Italian artist from Tuscany living in the Netherlands. During and after my training at the Florence Academy of Fine Arts, Italy, I worked for a few years as illustrator and graphic designer.
My passion is to paint realistic Still Lifes using the traditional oil painting technique layer by layer. In my compositions I like to study carefully the rendering of light and depth using delicate brush strokes. I have exhibited in galleries and art fairs in Italy, Netherlands and Belgium. From 2009 to 2019 I exhibited permanently in Amsterdam at the Gallery MG. My paintings are now found in private collections in many countries around the world.

I graduated in Italy from the Florence Academy of Fine Arts (Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze) and earlier from the State Institute of Art “Franco Russoli” of Pisa (L’Istituto Statale d’Arte “Franco Russoli” di Pisa)
