Architect. Since 1985 he is trained in the plastic arts at the Academy of Miguel Perez Macias where he develops Drawing and Painting with references from the Italian Renaissance and French Impressionism. He later implements the Pen technique in his Drawings.

Marco Ortolan is an Argentine Artist (Draftsman and Painter) whose work went through different languages throughout time starting as an Impressionist Painter (the School that started him in Painting), followed by Hyperealism to finish today with a REALISTIC language in general but with plastic additions that give it a very personal imprint, consolidating today in free compositions where the human figure wrapped in the sea depths and Urbanism are presented as the protagonists, which does not prevent it from entering other themes as The Artist (as Painter) must be Universal (thus confirming the thought of Leonardo Da Vinci in his treatise on Painting.)
